迪拜項(xiàng)目5爐3機(jī)配置，5臺(tái)1000t/d機(jī)械爐排爐+3×65MW汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)組，主汽參數(shù)7.7MPa、432℃，發(fā)電效率約為34%，分兩期建設(shè)，EPC主體為HZI與BESIX聯(lián)合體。
The Dubai project is equipped with 5 furnaces and 3 machines, 5 sets of 1000t/d mechanical grate furnaces + 3×65MW turbo generator sets, the main steam parameters are 7.7MPa, 432°C, and the power generation efficiency is about 34%. It will be constructed in two phases. The main body of the EPC is Consortium of HZI and BESIX.
鍋爐設(shè)計(jì)出口煙氣229609Nm3/h，135℃，煙氣含水率21.6%vol，含氧量4.5%vol，粉塵3g/Nm3，氯化氫1200mg/Nm3，二氧化硫350mg/Nm3，出口污染物控制粉塵2mg/Nm3，氯化氫9mg/Nm3，二氧化硫20mg/Nm3，氨逃逸2mg/Nm3。煙氣凈化工藝采用低氮燃燒+煙氣循環(huán)控制氮氧化物，采用干法+布袋除塵器控制酸性污染物及粉塵。
Designed outlet flue gas of boiler is 229609 Nm3/h,135℃, moisture content of flue gas is 21.6%vol, oxygen content is 4.5%vol, dust is 3G/Nm3, hydrogen chloride is 1200mg/Nm3, sulfur dioxide is 350mg/Nm3, export pollutants control dust 2mg/Nm3, hydrogen chloride 9mg/Nm3, sulfur dioxide 20mg/Nm3, ammonia escape 2mg/Nm3. The flue gas purification process adopts low nitrogen combustion + flue gas circulation to control nitrogen oxides, and adopts dry method + bag dust collector to control acid pollutants and dust.
沙迦項(xiàng)目1臺(tái)900t/d機(jī)械爐排爐+1臺(tái)30MW汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)組，煙氣及污染物數(shù)據(jù)不詳，煙氣凈化采用干法+布袋除塵器工藝。
The Sharjah project has 1 set of 900t/d mechanical grate furnace + 1 set of 30MW turbo generator set, the data of flue gas and pollutants are unknown, and the flue gas purification adopts dry method + bag filter process.
