我公司承建的河北省唐山市灤州生活垃圾焚燒發電項目煙氣凈化工程于2022年11月19日通過72+24小時試運行。 The FGC project undertaken by Huaxing for Tangshan Luanzhou WTE plant in Hebei province passed 72+24 hours trial operation on November 19, 2022.
該項目建設日均處理生活垃圾500t/d。煙氣處理采用“SNCR（爐內噴氨水）（非我司合同范圍內）+半干反應塔（石灰漿溶液）（非我司合同范圍內）+干法(消石灰干粉)（非我司合同范圍內）+活性炭噴射吸附（非我司合同范圍內）+布袋除塵工藝（非我司合同范圍內）+小蘇打研磨+GGH+SGH（蒸汽-煙氣換熱）+SCR（氨水）”的煙氣凈化工藝，為我司EP工程。 The average waste treatment capacity of the plant is 500 t/d. The FGC process applied "SNCR in-furnace ammonia injection (not the scope of contractor) + semi-dry reaction tower with lime slurry solution (not the scope of contractor) + dry method with lime powder (not the scope of contractor) + activated carbon injection adsorption (not the scope of contractor) + bag filter (not the scope of contractor)+ sodium bicarbonate grinding + GGH + SGH (steam-gas heat exchange) + SCR ammonia solution". It is an EP project of Huaxing.
