大唐南京發電廠位于南京市東北方，建設有2×660MW機組，于2010年投產發電。
Datang Nanjing power plant located in the northeast of Nanjing, equipped with 2 × 660 MW turbines into operation in 2010.
2020年，隨著國家環保戰略的發展，大唐南京發電廠新增兩套高溫煙氣旁路蒸發廢水裝置，裝置包括干燥塔、氣體分布器、霧化器、廢水輸送系統及塔底輸灰系統組成。
In 2020, with the development of national environmental protection strategy, Datang Nanjing power plant added two sets of bypass wastewater evaporation equipment of high-temperature flue gas, which consist of drying tower, gas disperser, atomizer, wastewater transmission, and tower bottom ash conveying system.
該項目具體工藝為每臺干燥塔配置一個霧化器，煙氣通過氣體分布器后進入干燥塔內，與霧化后的濃鹽水充分混合，實現廢水干燥處理。
The process of the project is to configure an atomizer for each drying tower. The flue gas enters the drying tower through gas disperser and is fully mixed with the atomized and concentrated brine to realize the drying treatment of wastewater.
經噴霧干燥處理后，濃鹽水中的鹽類被干燥析出，部分混入原煙氣的粉塵中，部分流入干燥塔底部，在干燥塔底部設置輸灰系統，通過該系統將塔底灰渣輸送至電廠現有的灰渣處理系統，析出的另一部分粉塵隨煙氣夾帶流出。
After the spray drying treatment, the salt in the concentrated brine is dried and separated out, part of which is mixed into the dust of the original flue gas, and part of which flows into the bottom of the drying tower. An ash conveying system is set at the bottom of the drying tower. Through this system, the ash at the bottom of the tower is transported to the existing ash treatment system of the power plant, and another part of the dust separated out flows out with the flue gas.

As the provider of process design and core equipment of the project, Huaxing East has provided the general contractor, Datang Environmental, with the core equipment "Rotary Atomizer" and "Flue Gas Disperser” of spray drying tower. HXET also provided design performance guarantee, on-site instructions, and commissioning services for the project.
該項目自投運以來，我司提供的噴霧干燥系統運行穩定，效果良好。目前該工藝正逐步成為火電廠廢水零排放的諸多應用工藝中的主流工藝。
Since the project put into operation, the spray drying system provided by HXET has operated stably and achieved good results. At present, the process is gradually becoming the mainstream in many application processes of zero discharge of wastewater in thermal power plants.
