2020年，隨著國家環(huán)保戰(zhàn)略的發(fā)展，大唐南京發(fā)電廠新增兩套高溫?zé)煔馀月氛舭l(fā)廢水裝置，裝置包括干燥塔、氣體分布器、霧化器、廢水輸送系統(tǒng)及塔底輸灰系統(tǒng)組成。
In 2020, with the development of national environmental protection strategy, Datang Nanjing power plant added two sets of bypass wastewater evaporation equipment of high-temperature flue gas, which consist of drying tower, gas disperser, atomizer, wastewater transmission, and tower bottom ash conveying system.
該項目具體工藝為每臺干燥塔配置一個霧化器，煙氣通過氣體分布器后進入干燥塔內(nèi)，與霧化后的濃鹽水充分混合，實現(xiàn)廢水干燥處理。
The process of the project is to configure an atomizer for each drying tower. The flue gas enters the drying tower through gas disperser and is fully mixed with the atomized and concentrated brine to realize the drying treatment of wastewater.
經(jīng)噴霧干燥處理后，濃鹽水中的鹽類被干燥析出，部分混入原煙氣的粉塵中，部分流入干燥塔底部，在干燥塔底部設(shè)置輸灰系統(tǒng)，通過該系統(tǒng)將塔底灰渣輸送至電廠現(xiàn)有的灰渣處理系統(tǒng)，析出的另一部分粉塵隨煙氣夾帶流出。
After the spray drying treatment, the salt in the concentrated brine is dried and separated out, part of which is mixed into the dust of the original flue gas, and part of which flows into the bottom of the drying tower. An ash conveying system is set at the bottom of the drying tower. Through this system, the ash at the bottom of the tower is transported to the existing ash treatment system of the power plant, and another part of the dust separated out flows out with the flue gas.
