經(jīng)歷了2020年突來(lái)的新冠疫情，世界也為之減緩了前進(jìn)的腳步，全國(guó)人民一年多的抗疫之路，艱辛中帶著太多的感動(dòng)。目前國(guó)內(nèi)疫情雖已基本受控，但抗疫不會(huì)停止。華星人亦如此，在逆勢(shì)的大環(huán)境中不忘初心，為大氣環(huán)境的持續(xù)向好默默耕耘著。各部門(mén)、各生產(chǎn)中心也是馬力全開(kāi)，不斷推動(dòng)著各地環(huán)保工程的順利前行。我們需要如火如荼、緊張有序的工作場(chǎng)景，也需要責(zé)任擔(dān)當(dāng)、充滿干勁的團(tuán)隊(duì)精神，為加強(qiáng)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)，營(yíng)造責(zé)任、愉悅的工作氛圍，考慮到為了兼顧國(guó)家的防疫政策和家庭的因素。小孩子不能出市，同時(shí)也為了兼顧一年的辛勞，選擇了省內(nèi)旅游。華星東方特在10月組織了2批宜興團(tuán)建之旅。
Due to the sudden outbreak of Covid-19 in 2020, the world has slowed down its pace. People across China have been fighting the pandemic for more than a year, deeply moving themselves. Although the Covid-19 is under control in China, the fight for recovery will not stop. Huaxing’s stuff are encouraged to do their own parts. They never forget their original intention and work hardly for the continuous improvement of air quality. In offices and plants, everyone is fully loaded, constantly promoting the smooth progress of air protection projects. Apart from hardworking and intensive progress, we also need to strengthen the construction of corporate culture and create a responsible and pleasant working environment.In consideration of the national quarantine policy, family care, and stuff's hard work of the year, along with children's travel restriction within the city, company chose to travel in Yixing. Thus, Huaxing East organized two team-building trips to Yixing in October.
無(wú)錫宜興，地處江蘇西南端，與浙江湖州、安徽廣德、江蘇溧陽(yáng)接壤，常州溧陽(yáng)，地處江蘇西南部，與浙、皖兩省接壤，自然風(fēng)光中屬溶洞最負(fù)盛名，全市共有80余處大小天然溶洞，素有“洞天福地，海內(nèi)奇觀”之美譽(yù)，其中以善卷洞、張公洞兩大景區(qū)最為出名。同時(shí)，因宜興特有的紫砂泥而享譽(yù)全國(guó)的紫砂制品也是一大亮點(diǎn)，其紫砂制壺工藝可被歷史追溯至2400多年前，因此宜興也被譽(yù)為“陶都”。
Yixing is located at the southwest of Jiangsu province, bordering Huzhou Zhejiang, Guangde Anhui, Liyang Jiangsu. Karst cave in Yixing is the most famous natural scenery. In the city, there are a total of more than 80 natural caves known as the "Spectacular Cave & Country Fairyland", of which ShanJuan and Zhanggong Caves are two outstanding sites. Meanwhile, Yixing is known as the "Pottery City" because of its unique purple clay, which is also known for its teapot-making process dating back more than 2,400 years.

3天的團(tuán)建之旅從云湖景區(qū)的一汪碧水開(kāi)始，在張公洞景區(qū)的一洞奇景中結(jié)束，其中穿插石窟觀光、自助燒烤、篝火晚會(huì)、大鍋灶團(tuán)隊(duì)廚藝PK、團(tuán)隊(duì)拓展訓(xùn)練、漂流、探險(xiǎn)等。多類型的團(tuán)隊(duì)活動(dòng)，讓同事們逐漸打開(kāi)心扉，從開(kāi)始時(shí)的破冰，到最后成為團(tuán)隊(duì)PK中互為信任的隊(duì)友。從活動(dòng)初期無(wú)序的分工，到成立各戰(zhàn)隊(duì)后精細(xì)化的任務(wù)分配，一次次組合，一次次磨練，又一次次的較量，收獲了友情，也收獲了心情，更是把“團(tuán)隊(duì)”2字烙在心間，收獲了大家庭的精神力量！
The 3-day tour started with a green water in the Cloud Lake and ended in the wonderful Zhanggong Cave, which includes grottoes sightseeing, DIY barbecue, bonfire party, wood stove cooking competition, teamwork training, rafting, exploration, etc. Through various team activities, colleagues gradually opened their hearts from icebreaking at the beginning to trusted teammates. From the disordered division of labor at the beginning to the fine task allocation through the development of each team, we gained the friendship and trust through combination, training and competition time and time again. We branded the word "team" in our heart and harvested the spiritual strength of the big family!

The setting sun of autumn is less hot than the scalding sun in summer and is better than the languid idleness sun of winter. Its rest is full of light, soft and dazzling.
