我公司承建的江西省贛州市南康生活垃圾焚燒發電項目煙氣凈化工程于2022年07月31日開工建設。 The FGC project undertaken by Huaxing-east for the Nankang waste incineration power plant in Ganzhou, Jiangxi has began construction on July 31, 2022.
該項目總規模為2000t/d，分兩期建設。一期（本期）工程日處理生活垃圾1000t，建設2條處理能力500t/d的生活垃圾爐排爐焚燒線，配套安裝1臺額定30MW的凝汽式汽輪發電機組（預留二期擴建1000t/d生產線場地）。煙氣處理采用“爐內SNCR＋半干法(旋轉噴霧)＋干法(干粉噴射)＋活性炭吸附＋袋式除塵+飛灰輸送、儲存及穩定化工藝”的煙氣凈化工藝，為我司EPC工程。 The plant total capacity is 2000 t/d and will be constructed in 2 phases. The 1st (current) phase of the plant has a treatment capacity of 1000 t/d of municipal solid waste. Two 500 t/d incineration lines will be constructed, along with the installation of one condensing steam turbine generator with rated power 30 MW (expansion of 1000 t/d production line for 2nd phase reserved). The FGC process applied "In-furnace SNCR + semi-dry rotary spray + dry powder injection + activated carbon adsorption + bag filter + fly ash conveying, storage and stabilization". It is an EPC project of Huaxing.
